Services and scope

Fullstakr provides fixed-price software development. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are defined in a signed agreement before work begins. Out-of-scope work requires a written change order.

Payment terms

Default structure: 50% at start, 25% at midpoint, 25% at delivery. Invoices due within 14 days. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, IP in custom work product transfers to you, excluding our pre-existing tools and know-how. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless an NDA prohibits it.

Warranty

Delivered software will conform to agreed specifications for 30 days post-launch. We fix defects from our work at no charge during this period. Excludes third-party issues, client modifications, or out-of-scope use.

Limitation of liability

Total liability for any project claim is limited to fees paid for that project. No liability for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
