The challenge
Paralegals were spending four to six hours per day manually reviewing and extracting data from contracts, court filings, and client documents. The process was error-prone and blocked the team from scaling.
Our approach
We started with a 5-day prototype using a sample of their real documents to prove the extraction accuracy. After hitting 94% accuracy on the prototype, we built the full production system with a review queue for low-confidence extractions.
